I became passionate about instructional design when I was given the opportunity to create various forms of e-learning content using content editing tools such as Articulate 360. As Senior Learning Specialist in Instructional Design, I create high-quality, engaging and effective e-learning courses. This role allows me to turn in-person trainings into virtual and self-paced learning. This role provides a new world of possibilities for building learning experiences that stick and work for everyone regardless of their location.

2013 - 2017
In 2013 I moved into the world of corporate Training & Development at Cherry Bekaert LLP(CB). As the Learning Specialist at CB I managed The Learning Management System and maintained CPE sponsorship status with NASBA. I also implemented the firm wide webinar service process and managed all webinars internally and externally at the Firm.
ACADEMIC ADVISOR
2012 - 2013
I worked in the Athletics Department at The University of Richmond in Academic Advising. In my advising role I worked closely with student athletes regarding course offerings, course sequencing and degree requirements. During that time, I also worked in a coaching role as the Head Tennis coach of The Saint Gertrude High School tennis team.
